Mr. John H. Curtis, age 69, of Story, AR, passed away October 26, 2016 at CHI St. Vincent in Hot Springs, AR. He was born June 21, 1947 to the late Joseph and Daisy (Thompson) Curtis. Mr. Curtis is preceded in death by his parents, wife, Lorene Curtis, three sisters, Dorothy Broomfield, Onnette Vasall, Lillian Cunningham, and one brother, Paul Curtis.

Survivors include: children, Billy Wayne Curtis (Jennifer), Teresa Annette Mabry (Rick), Pamela Yvonne Curtis, Terry Shawn Curtis, Gary Bryan Curtis (Linda), grandkids, Kayla Boyd (Matt), Erica Catlett (Chad), Brian Curtis, great-grandchildren, Liam Boyd, Aaliyah Curtis, Ryu Curtis, Jayden Boyd, and Sam Boyd, sisters, Wanda Rogers, Rosie Wagner, Linda Beth Rogers and Monette Austin, brother, Raymond Curtis.

Services will be held Sunday, October 30, 2016, 2:00 p.m. at the Muddy Creek Church of God in Story with Jimmy Scott and Ed Depriest officiating, interment will follow at Reed Cemetery. Pallbearers: Teddy Don Swaim, Billy Wayne Curtis, Bryan Curtis, Jodie Curtis, Sam Curtis and Matt Boyd. Honorary Pallbearers: Rick Mabry, Dr. Frais and Staff, Richard Finch and Staff, J.T.
